Based on last years review, it was recomended to form the Referee Initiatives Group (RIG) this essentially acts like a Executive Team. While our Board will continue to set the strategy and direction, the RIG will focus on implementing these plans along side the staff team by managing our day-to-day operations. This group will be structured around our strategic pillars/focus areas, which are Recruitment, Retention, Coaching and Pathways.
