This November, ARRA officials will be attending the Bayleys Fiji Coral Coast Sevens alongside one of the IRB circuits’ most recognizable referee: Rasta Rasivhenge.

Rasta Resivhenge – IRB Referee

Fhatuwani “Rasta” Rasivhenge has been a regular referee on the IRB Sevens World Series circuit since the 2011–12 season and has also refereed in South African domestic rugby union competitions, the Currie Cup, Vodacom Cup and Varsity Cup since 2010. Rasta was also a rugby sevens referee during the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

In 2014, South-African born referee was recruited by the Australian Rugby Union and has since represented as an Australian referee in the IRB Sevens World Series.

Alongside Rasta; Roger Drew, Steve Piacun and Kyle Harris will represent the Auckland Rugby Referees at this year’s Fiji Coral Coast Sevens and assist organizers with the event (as we reported previously).
